Assist Superintendent in managing the homebuilding process according to the established quality standards while maintaining the construction schedule for each home and providing high levels of service to all customers.

We're searching for a Customer Care Warranty Field Technician who wants to help us deliver an amazing home buying experience. This is a great time to get a foot in the door with a growing builder.
Set up buyer in One World and attach buyer record to open lot in JDE (until Sales Simplicity two way integration is turned on)
Process all deposit checks to Title and log in JDE all deposits
Create and manage all electronic lot files thru escrow closing
Liaison between Sales, Title and Escrow Manager
Audit lot files for closing and forward audit to Title
Create warranty application for signing at Close
Create and keep updated internal Traffic Report for Management
Working knowledge of JDE
Input Traffic numbers in JDE
Process journal entries and close out all lots in JDE
Track incoming wires in Lotus Notes
Take notes during backlog meetings
Update Backlog as needed at the end of all meetings
Skilled in Excel
Comfortable with Share Point
Thorough understanding of Sales Simplicity
File original permits and finals from construction in physical files
Contact and maintain relations with OSL’s
Order all mandatory disclosures for each lot at each construction release
Backup Escrow Manager as needed
Various other administrative duties as needed
Guide home buying prospects through a successful home buying experience. Understand importance of this role and the impact it has on the company and the home buying experience.
• Current working knowledge of construction is helpful
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting new home sales (i.e., Fair Housing, HUD requirements, etc.)
• PC and software literate
• Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability
• Effective problem-solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and team-building skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends and holidays is required
Coordinate daily activities of the Sales and Marketing Department, which includes handling operational and administrative needs of the sales offices and communities as necessary under direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Responsible for procuring materials and detailed estimation of construction drawings and competitive bidding while working directly with the Purchasing Director to establish budgets and on-site construction, initiate the bidding process, review proposals for completeness, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors. Work as part of an integrated team with the other members of the Purchasing department, Construction department, Project Management, Sales/Marketing, and other departments.
Manage the homebuilding process of assigned division(s) according to the established quality standards while maintaining the construction schedule and budget for each home and providing high levels of service to all customers.
