• Current working knowledge of construction is helpful
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting new home sales (i.e., Fair Housing, HUD requirements, etc.)
• PC and software literate
• Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability
• Effective problem-solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and team-building skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends and holidays is required
Coordinate daily activities of the Sales and Marketing Department, which includes handling operational and administrative needs of the sales offices and communities as necessary under direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Manage the homebuilding process of assigned division(s) according to the established quality standards while maintaining the construction schedule and budget for each home and providing high levels of service to all customers.
