Administrative Assistant Operations - Utah Division


 The Operations Assistant will provide support to the Vice President of Operations and the Operations

Leadership team in the execution of their day-to-day responsibilities. This role will work with the
Vice President of Operations to document process within the department, coordinate meeting
agendas and notes, provide regular reporting information, update dashboards, plan and execute
Operations events, and aid in the logistics of recruiting, hiring, and training. The Operations
Assistant will be responsible for running permits to various municipalities each week and will be
responsible for a variety of Operations projects as assigned

 The Land Project Manager is responsible for managing a team of consultants who drive entitlements of new projects, including obtaining zoning and governmental approvals. Oversees the completion, submittal, and approval of construction plans; manage trades and contractors to ensure timely installation and completion of improvements; and coordinate with Land, Operations, and Sales as needed.
