The development team at the Roripaugh Ranch master planned community located in Temecula seeks an experienced land development/construction coordinator to assist in all administrative functions
• Current working knowledge of construction is helpful
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting new home sales (i.e., Fair Housing, HUD requirements, etc.)
• PC and software literate
• Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability
• Effective problem-solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and team-building skills

The Project Superintendent will prepare, maintain, execute and monitor the site schedule to complete the assigned community on time, within budget, and with high standards of workmanship.
The purchasing coordinator processes job starts according to Woodside Homes of Nevada’s work flow management. This position supports both Builders onsite with all purchasing related questions/issues as well as subcontractors with specification questions or contract amounts. The purchasing coordinator will analyze plans, specifications, proposals and other documents to assist with preparing cost and labor budgets for new home plans.
