As a Help desk manager, you should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. We need a subject matter expert to serve as our division IT. The successful candidate will serve two functions within the company. Firs the IT Specialist will coordinate between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT-related infrastructure and development; and second, the IT Specialist will consult with our IT department on any issues that might come up and advise about potential fixes or efficiency controls. We’re looking for a responsive, highly productive professional who can work with numerous IT employees and vendors to ensure continued success through corporate projects.

Coordinate daily activities of the Sales and Marketing Department, which includes handling operational and administrative needs of the sales offices and communities as necessary under direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Responsible for procuring materials and detailed estimation of construction drawings and competitive bidding while working directly with the Purchasing Director to establish budgets and on-site construction, initiate the bidding process, review proposals for completeness, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors. Work as part of an integrated team with the other members of the Purchasing department, Construction department, Project Management, Sales/Marketing, and other departments.
Candidates MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE in the Salt Lake City area. The Video Producer will manage production of marketing content materials for Woodside Homes’ Corporate Marketing Department. This individual will work with the Corporate Vice President of Marketing to support the communication objectives of the brand. He or she will act as principal videographer and editor for a curated calendar of content, producing finished video packages for internal training and customer marketing purposes.
