Assist Superintendent in managing the homebuilding process according to the established quality standards while maintaining the construction schedule for each home and providing high levels of service to all customers.
JOB SUMMARY: Assist Superintendent in managing the homebuilding process according to the established quality standards while maintaining the construction schedule for each home and providing high levels of service to all customers.
Interfaces with homebuyer and trade partners to perform final orientations and diagnose, schedule and complete warranty service work.
The Corporate Director of Product Development is responsible for organizing and developing new home architectural plans and supporting the Consumer Insights team to research and develop new products, product enhancements and product redesign. Evaluates the potential and practicality of products in development and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position requires extensive collaboration skills and technical expertise. Experience in new home architectural design, consultant management, scope of work creation, BIM development, 3D modeling, and incorporating consumer feedback into new product development is required. The Corporate Director of Product Development will take a role in influencing the culture of the organization to reflect a consumer-inspired lifestyle-driven design mindset. Through the implementation and use of Value Engineering, Lean, analytics, financial, and project management tools, the Corporate Director of Product Development will be responsible for supporting a collaborative organization that utilizes data and consumer feedback to drive innovation.
A Purchasing Agent is responsible for working on the Purchasing team in tandem with the other Agent(s)/Coordinator(s) to successfully contract the work to be performed and to manage the expense side of the business through cost management.
