The Land Development COordiantor is responsible for Asministrative Function os the Land Deparment in the office and Community Associatoin turnovers and bond release turnovers in the field. We have an open position for a Land Development Manager in our Las Vegas Division. The hours are generally 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. The Land Project Manager is responsible for managing a team of consultants who drive entitlements of new projects, including obtaining zoning and governmental approvals. Oversees the completion, submittal, and approval of construction plans; manage trades and contractors to ensure timely installation and completion of improvements; and coordinate with Land, Operations, and Sales as needed. Drive traffic and sales to the communities by nurturing leads and key influencers (Realtors) through the delivery of timely and content rich communications. Facilitates a continued interest in and excitement about Woodside – our homes and communities. A Purchasing Agent is responsible for working on the Purchasing team in tandem with the other Agent(s)/Coordinator(s) to successfully contract the work to be performed and to manage the expense side of the business through cost management. JOB SUMMARY: Manage the homebuilding process of assigned division(s) according to the established quality standards while maintaining the construction schedule and budget for each home and providing high levels of service to all customers.
