Job Title:
Escrow Coordinator - Utah Division



  • High School diplomas or equivalent required

· Process contracts.

· Process contracts, deposits, and supporting documents.

· Maintain and update working daily spreadsheet and distribute/summarize to team.

· Maintain master contract package and assist with the creation of amendments post contract and pre-closing.

· Manage units currently in escrow.

· Liaison with lenders and appraisers.

· Prepare investor tracking on a monthly basis.

· Track offers and current escrows.

· Email weekly traffic report every Monday morning.

· Attend weekly meetings.

· Support and back up for reception (i.e. answer phones, breaks, guidance)

· Assist with supplier or vendor needs, obtain approvals, stay in budget and liaise with corporate.

  • Assist with default letters, Cancellation letters and refunds.
  • Assist in HUD/Closing Statement review prior to funding.
  • Work closely with Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Professionals, Superintendents, Lenders and Title Companies to facilitate the process of home sale through home closing.
  • Communicate Builder’s final sales price, incentives, Earnest Money amounts to Lender and Title Company
  • Create and send Builder’s Closing Documents to Lender and Title Company
  • Update and manage Sales Simplicity/JD Edwards and verify all Buyer information and scheduled dates have been entered correctly.
  • Help with new community setup and ensure all documents, lots and systems are ready for new sales.
