Job Title:
Sales Manager - Utah Division
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • State Real Estate license required.
  • Train and coach the sales team to ensure that the team exceeds sales goals.
  • New employee coaching/onboarding and consistent onsite sales coaching.
  • Train and hold Sales Professionals accountable for usage of CRM & other digital tools (Atlas).
  • Support and supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Mentor Sales professionals on Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Mentor Sales professionals in practicing the Woodside Way. Mentor and train sales professionals on utilizing company tools. (Sales Simplicity, Constellation, SharePoint, Atlas etc.)
  • Mentor and coach Sales Professionals with pipeline and moving buyers through the process from contact to customer.
  • Work as a team with the Director of Sales to maintain company objectives by sharing needs from team and opportunities for improvement.
  • New Home Industry Knowledge required.

 

 
Description:

 Reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Utah Division.

Position overview:

  • Onsite coaching with each individual Sales Associate utilizing the Woodside approach to obtaining a “customer for life”. A significant amount of this role’s time will be spent in the field with Sales Professionals advancing sales, enhancing product knowledge and the Woodside Way. (Role playing for improvement and demonstrating proficiency)
  • Shop competition, product, and personnel. Oversee and train on comparative market analysis (CMAs) for each community.
  • Coach Sales Professionals to improve Customer Experience. “Ensure Woodside is the place where people want to be not because of what we do, but because of who we are!” It starts with taking great care of the customer.
  • Drive consistency and training with the Woodside CRM and contract management system.
  • Responsible for overseeing new community openings in terms of Sales requirements.
  • Drive creation and adherence to company procedures and policies.

The Success of the Sales Manager position is measured by steady increase in sales conversion rate per community, improving customer experience results (Eliant Survey) and building a strong sales team.
