Job Title:
Project Manager - Cal South Division

 Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Multi-task oriented
  • Responsive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s Degree (Project Management or Business) - preferred

 Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Due diligence investigations
  • Contracting consultants
  • Creation and management of project schedules from due diligence to model openings and phase 1 permits
  • Creation and maintenance of the project budget
  • Coordination with team members for project related items (i.e. product design, house plotting, model opening, etc.)
  • Evaluate entitlement documents (i.e. TTM, Final Map, SP, CofA, CEQA compliance)
  • Evaluate environmental and geotechnical reports
  • Obtain entitlement approvals, construction permits, and agency permits
  • Provide initial community disclosure information to inhouse attorney
  • Process CFD bond sales
  • Coordinate with master developers
  • Provide Corporate team members with information and updates
  • DRE support
